OLD!

Wow! My "cousin" posted this picture on Facebook today. (O.k. My cousin's ex-husband, but he was my dad's BFF when they were young, so I still think of him as my cousin.)

First, did you know that it was so easy to steal other people's photos off of FB?

Second, my dad is wearing overalls. White overalls. Niiiiice.

Third, my mom has a 70s perm. Um, probably because it was the 70s.

And fourth, I think that my two cousins that are in this photo are not old enough to be drinking here. But maybe the laws were different in the 70s.

Gotta love vintage.

As much as I love FB this is one of those things I dread... that one day someone's going to post a horribly embarrassing pic of me from "back in da day".

I'm practicing my reaction for that day.

Trip down memory lane with the shape and design of the beer bottles.

Oh my gosh...

I think FB is awesome! I love finding old friends and being able to see photos like this. I also LOVE that you are able to steal them! :0) I do it all the time. I hardly ever have to take pictures anymore. LOL! Just kidding! :0)

I hope you are having a great week. Take care!

Lisa, the overalls your dad was wearing are a very light blue. I would have never bought him white overalls they are to hard to keep clean. The light blue was hard enough to keep clean. I got that perm in like 1983, so that hair style was still around in the 80's. David came over for dinner on Monday night. I guess he had a good time. Dad and him talked outside until somewhere around 11:00.
